Who Can Benefit?
The Hope & Home Initiative is open to:
- Elderly Individuals: Seniors in need of safe, affordable housing with access to health and social resources.
- Neglected and At-Risk Children: Young individuals who need a nurturing and stable environment to grow and heal.
- Homeless Families with Children: Parents and children seeking a fresh start in a supportive community.
Who Qualifies for the Hope & Home Initiative?
The Hope & Home Initiative is designed to serve Indiana’s most vulnerable populations. You may qualify if you fall into one of these categories:
- Elderly Individuals:
- Aged 60 or older.
- Experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.
- In need of affordable, accessible housing and support services.
- Neglected and At-Risk Children:
- Children and youth under 18 years old who have experienced neglect, abuse, or unstable living conditions.
- Priority is given to children referred by social services or educational institutions.
- Homeless Families with Children:
- Families with one or more children under the age of 18.
- Currently homeless or at risk of losing stable housing due to financial or other hardships.

3. Rent Subsidy Program
